Wacky Duel (developed by Memoritory) lets you permanently delete your account and all associated data directly from within the app.
How to Delete Your Account
- Open the Wacky Duel app and log in to your account.
- Go to the Settings menu.
- Tap Delete Account.
- Read the warning and confirm the deletion.
Your account is deleted immediately — there is no waiting period, and this action cannot be undone.
If you are unable to log in to your account but still want to request deletion, contact us at [email protected] with the username associated with the account, and we will delete it for you.
What Data Is Deleted
When you delete your account, the following is permanently removed:
- Your account and login credentials
- Your username and character/avatar data, including any uploaded photos
- Your friends list and pending friend requests
- Your match history and in-game activity
- Your personal questions and gameplay answers
- Your push notification token and online/presence status
- Any active game session you are part of
Data Retention
We do not retain a copy of your personal data after deletion. For a short period, residual copies may continue to exist in routine system backups until those backups are naturally rotated out, after which they are also removed. We do not use deleted account data for any purpose after your deletion request is processed.
If you made purchases through our website, records related to that purchase (e.g., for accounting, tax, or fraud-prevention purposes) are governed separately by our website’s own policies and are not affected by in-app account deletion.
