Refund and Returns Policy
1. Product Type
All products purchased through Memoritory are digital goods. We do not sell or ship any physical products.
2. Right of Withdrawal
For digital content, once the order is confirmed and the product has been delivered, the right of withdrawal or cancellation does not apply. By completing the purchase, the customer expressly agrees to the immediate preparation and delivery of the digital product, thereby waiving the statutory right of withdrawal (where applicable, such as in the EU/UK).
3. Refund & Replacement Conditions

If the delivered digital product is defective, incomplete, or not functioning as intended, the customer must contact us within 3 days of delivery.

After reviewing the case, if the issue is found to be on our side, the product will either be re-delivered or a full refund will be issued.

Refunds will always be made using the same payment method used for the original transaction.

Refunds or returns will not be accepted for reasons such as incorrect product selection, incorrect information provided by the customer, or change of personal preference.
