These Terms & Conditions govern the use of the Memoritory website and our services. By purchasing from or using our services, you agree to these terms.

Memoritory is the creator, owner, and operator of all games and related content offered on this website.

Our order process is conducted by our payment provider PayTR. PayTR is responsible for processing payments securely. All after-sales support, including delivery, customization, and refund requests, is handled directly by Memoritory.

2. Scope of Service

Memoritory provides customized access to mobile games.
When you purchase from us, you receive:

A unique username
A unique password
Game customization (if applicable)

Games are publicly available for download via Google Play Store or Apple App Store, but only customers with valid login credentials provided by Memoritory can access the personalized content and features.

No physical delivery is made.

3. What You Are Buying

When purchasing from Memoritory, you are not buying ownership of any game.
You are buying access credentials (username & password) to use the game in the way described in your order, which may include customizations specific to you.

Ownership of the games and all related intellectual property remains with Memoritory.

4. Refund Policy

You may request a refund within 14 days of purchase if:

Your access credentials (username & password) have not yet been delivered to you, or
The delivered access does not work as described, and we are unable to fix the issue.

Once your unique username and password have been delivered and function as described, refunds are generally not available except where required by law.

Refund requests must be submitted directly to Memoritory via the contact details below.

5. Usage Rules

Access credentials are for personal use only.
Sharing, selling, or transferring your login details to others is prohibited.
Any custom content you provide (text, images, audio, video) must not violate the rights of others. You are solely responsible for such content.

6. Payment Processing

Payments are securely processed by PayTR, which may collect and process your payment details in accordance with their Privacy Policy.

7. Liability

Memoritory is not liable for any damages arising from the misuse of the access credentials or violation of these terms by the customer.

8. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Turkey.
In the event of any disputes, the Istanbul (Central) Courts and Enforcement Offices shall have jurisdiction.
